Before you book
Bring:
· a list of current medications and supplements
· names of your GP and any gynaecologist or physio
· last specialist letter if you have one
Do not stop prescribed treatment because you are booking acupuncture.
If you are pregnant, trying to conceive this cycle, or mid-IVF, say so when you book so the visit can be timed properly. Fertility-specific support is available. We can discuss details during your appointment.
Questions
Do I need a referral?
No. A GP or physio referral is welcome and helpful, but not required.
Can I use the October offer as a new patient?
Yes, after the initial consult. The two-for-one applies to the follow-up visits only, and both must still fall inside October.
What if I can only get one October date?
The offer needs two attended October visits. One visit is charged at the usual follow-up fee.
Are herbs included if I ask on the day?
No. Chinese herbal medicine is excluded from this offer and billed separately if you and the practitioner later agree it is appropriate.
Will this fix my endometriosis?
No. Endometriosis is a medical condition. This clinic offers adjunct support for symptoms, not disease treatment.
Terms and conditions
1. The offer applies only to follow-up acupuncture sessions. It does not apply to the initial consult, Chinese herbal medicine, or any other service.
2. Both sessions must be booked in October 2026 and attended in October 2026. A session booked in October but attended in November does not qualify.
3. Missed or cancelled visits outside the clinic’s cancellation policy are not reissued under this offer.
4. Sessions are not transferable to another person and have no cash value.
5. One offer per person during October 2026.
6. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, packages or health-fund promotions unless stated in writing.
7. Availability is limited to appointment times in October. Booking early is recommended.
8. Acupuncture is offered as adjunct support for period pain and endometriosis-related symptoms. No outcome is promised.
9. The Acupuncture Haven may withdraw the offer if clinically inappropriate for that person.
10. Standard clinic policies on consent, privacy and fees still apply.
